Part Replacements
H.H. Tire & Battery will only replace the parts that will keep your charging systems in excellent condition, so that your visit is more affordable. One of the most common causes of problems for the charging systems is the serpentine belt. Over time, this belt becomes stretched or misaligned with the pulley system and can be easily replaced without the installation of new charging systems.

STARTER
We check if the starter is drawing the proper amount of current. An excessive current draw will indicate a worn starter and a low current draw indicates corroded cables or connections. Too much or too little current exposes the problem. This is a problem our expert technicians can fix.

ALTERNATOR
A complete electrical system check will indicate whether the alternator is generating the proper amount of current and voltage. The alternator requires replacement, your vehicle’s electrical system will perform erratically, its battery will discharge, and eventually your engine will lose power.
